Anamol Mani, a Nepal-born, Canada-based author, poet, and storyteller, is a prominent figure in Nepali literature with over three decades of literary engagement in Nepali Language. Author of five acclaimed collections of short stories and poems, his debut anthology नीलिमा र गाढा अँध्यारो (Neelima and Pitch Darkness, 2009) gained critical recognition and inspired academic research at Tribhuvan University. With two decades of experience in journalism at leading Nepali media outlets, including Kantipur National Daily, Mani’s contributions extend across literature and media. His achievements have been recognized through his selection for Alberta’s Borderlines Writers Circle Program (2015–2016) and the Edward R. Murrow Program for Journalists (2011) by the U.S. Department of State.
